1. Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges:
  • We offer a convenient 3-day window for hassle-free returns and 7-day window exchanges from the date of delivery.
  • Exchanges will be considered only for the following reasons:

         -Wrong size: If you receive an item in the wrong size.

         -Defective piece: If you receive a defective item.


  1. Reverse Pick-Up Services:
  • We provide reverse pick-up services for your convenience.
  • A nominal reverse shipment fee of Rs 199 will be deducted per order, not per item, regardless of the number of items within that order.
  • Additionally, we allow a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
  1. Pick-Up Attempts:
  • Our courier company will attempt pick-up twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to send the shipment back to our company address.
  1. COD Orders:
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a store credit will be issued within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup to your registered email address/contact number.
  1. Product Condition:
  • Please ensure that the product(s) are returned in the same condition as they were shipped. Refunds will not be provided for products returned in poor condition or clearly worn.
  1. Refund Processing Time:
  • Allow up to 7 days for the return to be processed, and the refunded amount to be reflected in your bank account.
  • Note: Refunds/bank transfers are applicable only for prepaid orders/online payments made on our website. COD orders will receive store credit.
  1. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges:
  • Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. Opening Video for Defective Pieces:

If you encounter a defective piece in your order, we encourage you to record an opening video while unboxing. This video can serve as evidence of the condition of the product upon delivery. In case of a defective item, please contact our customer support promptly.
